So when the Model T Ford guys talk about left and right hand drive........image.jpeg.8729869cfece454f0aa6e38a8008690e.jpeg

Looks to me like this could be a linkage nightmare. And, if he can pull a wheely, with that kind of counterbalance it wouldn't be hard to do, he's in real trouble.

This racing car, actually a cyclecar, is a French BNC (Bollack, Netter & Cie) built in Levallois Perret in 1923. The engine was a 4-cylinder engine of 750cc capacity. The BNC company was active from 1923 to 1930 and produced mainly small sport cars, just like Amilcar.

A photo posted on a facebook page. Seen at the Nemours Mansion. Aldred DuPont at the wheel.

The hood and its vents, and the radiator, suggest Clement-Bayard but I have yet to find evidence that they built a big six with chain drive.

This is my great-uncle - he joined the Knoxville TN Police Department in the mid/late 1930s.  I guess it's possible that this photo could be post WWII.  Anyhow, I believe the patrol car to be a late '30s/early '40s Ford.

I'd say 38-39 Ford by the wheel and hubcap
