bodayguy
Any tips? I pulled the three screws but it still seems attached on the back side. I don’t want to break them but I want to get them off so I can clean them up and/or getting them rechromed.
Jim Cannon
Remove the entire cowl piece. That means removing both wiper arms first. Then unscrew the cowl. Lift it up and remove the little rubber hoses that feed the washer jets and remove the cowl piece. Once you do that, the vent piece will come off easily. Only the u-shaped piece is exposed chrome. The vent part is painted body color.
