I thought maybe Chrysler products but not 36-37 any for sure ideas got them at estate auction where was told lasalle but could not confirm that either,

any help appreciated

May be although I see no holes along the bottom for trim....and the top of the skirt looks to be flat....

Possibly 1947-1948 Oldsmobile 70 series, looking at pictures. IF (and a big IF) I'm correct a parts book search says 1942-1948 Olds 76 & 78 series used the same skirts.

Thats Interesting the guy had 35 lasalle and 35 ford but no olds but one never knows what is in the parts pile I will see if I can find close up thanks at least were on the lead.

Yep, that looks like it, alright! 

 

It's possible the owner bought them used, thinking they would fit one or other of his cars, and when they didn't fit...just left them lying around, hoping to find out what they fit and then try to get his money back. Happens all the time...
