May be although I see no holes along the bottom for trim....and the top of the skirt looks to be flat.... IF (and a big IF) I'm correct a parts book search says 1942-1948 Olds 76 & 78 series used the same skirts. It's possible the owner bought them used, thinking they would fit one or other of his cars, and when they didn't fit...just left them lying around, hoping to find out what they fit and then try to get his money back.
