PFitz Posted February 21, 2020 Share Posted February 21, 2020 (edited) I dug through more of my pix showing earlier sedan robe rails. No match to 1923 Ser 10B or any 1925-27 Series 11. All the Franklin ones that are similar to yours, the end castings are a one-piece casting with a curved vertical "leg" and a similar pattern horizontal "arm". With both right and left castings the leg and arm each use one mounting screw to the seat back.
