I'm Seeing Echos Of Rivieras Everywhere …

… what does this make me?

🙂

First, the theme this year for the massive (a quarter of a million attend) Philadelphia Flower Show is Riviera Holiday:

Second, the April 2020 issue of Hemmings Classic Car mentions "… Buick Riviera convertibles being especially desirable" when discussing the increased interest in eighties cars in the executive editor's column.

Finally, my latest Griot's Garage catalog has a black 1965 Riviera on the cover:

Hmmm …

While watching the Oscar's this year, I spotted a 63/64 Riviera shown in one of the scenes for "Once Upon A Time in Hollywood".

According to the Internet Movie Car Database, there are at least 3 and probably 4 scenes with 63/64 Riviera's in the movie.

I have not seen the movie yet.

when I saw the movie my friends were probably wondering why I kept exclaiming “oooh” every time I spotted a Rivi. You see some a few times.

This web site provides a rather comprehensive listing of cars in movies,  https://www.imcdb.org/

While it breaks them down but make and model,  it doesn't get down to the level of detail of "by year": Riviera's are spotted in 713 movies but you'd need to scan the 700+ entries to find a given year
