The Board of the Long Island Chapter is keeping a close watch on all events that surround us and are sometimes changing daily.

Our Chapters primary concern is for the health and safety of our members and friends who would participate in our show.

We will be making a decision when it becomes evident that we could not put it on safely.

We have some time before we have to do that, although realistically with recent announcements extending guidelines to April 30, it is looking less hopeful.

Again we can have a Great Buick show anytime, as long as we can do it with all of our Healthy friends bringing their Beautiful Buick's.

we will post on this forum when the decision is made

Please everyone follow the guidelines set forth by your Health Department, State, and CDC, this is serious stuff.

Be Healthy, Be Safe, so we can all meet down the road.

Director

The Board of the Long Island Chapter has decided to CANCEL the show for 2020!

We waited as long as possible to make the decision, but it has become evident that this is not the time to have a show.

The decision was made with the Health and Safety of our members and participants in mind.

As with many shows on Long Island our club donates the profit from our show to three charities, i would like to ask anyone who was considering attending our show,

if financially capable to donate to any of these charities or the charity of your choice, unfortunately many charities are experiencing a strain during this time.

See you down the road

Does anyone feel like they have really bungled this one? They are now just closing the Subways one day to clean them.  What 8 weeks after locking down the whole darn state.  Yet you can't use a state owned campground in the Adirondacks or participate in any outdoor activities that involve more than your immediate family of 4.
