Rear wheel opening trim is different between the Skylark & Chevelle.

If your trim is stainless (not anodized aluminum) and it's bent or dented, it may be repairable.  I straightened one of the stainless wheel opening moldings on my GP, which was 'flattened' in one area.  It took a couple of hours of tedious and careful hammering with home-made dollies, followed by filing, sanding and polishing.  The result, however, was worth it!  ;)

Eastwood sells a kit for refinishing stainless trim; complete with small anvil and hammers.
