papafarms Posted February 1, 2020 Share Posted February 1, 2020 Morning everyone, i posted this in general information, and now posting on the Buick forum, does anyone know if the rear wheel well trim is the same for a 64chevelle/buick, i need the rear trim for my 64 skylark convertible, have not seen any on ebay for buick, but they have them for the 64 chevelle, any help will be appreciated, thanks Bob Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
EmTee Posted February 2, 2020 Share Posted February 2, 2020 If your trim is stainless (not anodized aluminum) and it's bent or dented, it may be repairable. I straightened one of the stainless wheel opening moldings on my GP, which was 'flattened' in one area. It took a couple of hours of tedious and careful hammering with home-made dollies, followed by filing, sanding and polishing.
