There is 2 face plates , one that has the tread cover built integral and one just tread band. I tried a 650/19 inch tire on them all and it about 2 inches too tall. I suspect these are 17 inch but not sure . I want $125.00 plus shipping each piece. That's less that the price of the stainless steel trim on them. Ask for more details .
