Brenda Nielsen
Would like any information regarding these car mats? They measure 15 & 1/2” by 13 & 1/2” there are no markings. They are thick black vinyl on the underside and are in great condition.
1912Staver
Just a decorative generic mat. Probably from the 1970's when things generic / vaguely related ,relating to old cars/ Classic cars were a viable market. Lots of products tried to associate the elegance of vintage cars with general market consumer goods during the late 1960's - early 1980's time span. A interesting curiosity but not very valuable. JamesR
Almost certainly aftermarket. I would agree with Greg about the era, per the shag carpet inserts. People sure loved fuzzy interior surfaces in the mid to late 70's. I remember putting fake fur on the rear shelf of my first car (bought in '76) to hide the deteriorated fiberboard. 😁
