Gary_Ash
I saw a post on the "Speedsters and Pre-War Racing Cars" page on Facebook offering a pair of tail lights for sale. While I was looking for some old Studebaker tail lights, these weren't the style I wanted I did go back a couple of hours later to look at them again but they had been quickly sold for $200 for the pair. So, if you ever wondered what "Type A" tail lights for 1933 and earlier cars look like, here they are. I think there are modern replicas for sale, so all is not lost. I have learned that the plugs to go into the backs of the lights are sold by the Model T Ford parts suppliers (Snyder's) for $8-$10 each. There are even bright 12 volt LED bulbs to use.
