Franco51merc
Every year the New Mexico Council of Car Clubs (NMCCC) hosts a swapmeet the last full weekend of September. For the last 41 years! I went every year from 2014-2018, spent a couple thousand $ out there over the years. Wide variety of stuff, but it is all old (1930s - 1970 mostly), all sellers seem to be pulling this stuff out of there backyards/ barns, there are no new parts out there, none. Prices are killer compared to California swapmeets, I've gotten so many deals. General admission is free It was held in Los Lunas at the Morris sports complex for years, now it's being held at the Isleta Casino. Was 200-300 vendors when I was going at Morris field, not sure now. Edited December 18, 2019 by Franco51merc (see edit history)

Guest Mark McAlpine
Looks like a great swap meet--thanks for sharing the photos with us! Wish I lived closer. (It's a long way from southeast Virginia.)
Joe in Canada
I have been to this one and another one at the university a few years ago. I got a lot of real good deals on 50 & 60 truck parts. Would go to the casino for all you can eat crab legs on the way back to the hotel. Had my car dolly stolen at the Marriott in Albuquerque one and trip never got it back. We always stopped just south of Balin to visit a friend where we bought more parts and socialize. Sometimes to leave a car there for the next trip to bring back. His yard is cleaned out and Mr Stump is gone the last time I tried to get a hold of him. A great area for shopping and a 3 day drive to get there but I have a lot of great memories in New Mexico.
