1939 Special radiator wanted

Recommended Posts

Anybody have a useable '39 Special radiator sitting around? Local guy with a 1939 model 41 let an unscrupulous local shop replace his original radiator with a new, aluminum, monstrosity. Now the fan won't fit because the new radiator is too deep; tried another fan and it hits the timing cover, so the only real solution is a correct '39 radiator.

I have a 1939 Special radiator that has been pressure tested, flow checked and given a clean bill of health by a reputable local shop. $275 plus freight that is probably prohibitively expensive, zip code 97048. Bob H
