nzcarnerd
A photo taken in Auckland, New Zealand in December 1957. The cars are typical of the NZ scene of the time with imports of new cars quite restricted. Parked is a circa 1933 Vauxhall. It is the car next to it which I am wondering about. Circa 1936 I think - maybe Nash, Graham or Reo?
1939_Buick
1936 Hudson? Triangular type grille?
Leif Holmberg
I think it`s a Lafayette 1936.
41 Su8
The doors do not open like a '36 Hudson, and the fenders are not streamlined like a '36 Lafayette. I vote for a '36 Buick.

I vote for a '36 Buick. They have a two piece windshield. Looks like the car in question has a single piece of glass. keiser31
Looks a lot like a 1936 Dodge Brothers sedan windshield to me.... Edited December 3, 2019 by keiser31 (see edit history)
JACK M
I was going to suggest Plymouth, but Dodge is close. What do you suppose that is on the bumper? Firewood?
