Mid 1930's rear spare cover ID help

Recommended Posts

Need to find a new home for this rear spare cover, but need to know what it belongs to first!  Notice the trap door for the valve stem access.

My 1935 Hupmobile 518D had a similar rear cover with the trap door. I'll try to find a picture of it.

Thanks zipdang. It does very much resemble it. This has 2 pieces, front and back. Was the Hupmobiles 2 piece being it was recessed?

One piece cover on the Hupmobile as the inside shape of the spare was stamped into the body shell.

So being this is 2 piece, I'm leaning towards a Chrysler product.  Thanks for your help!
