Fresh Paint!

Just out of the booth yesterday.

I picked up this '65 Corvette about 6 months ago. Been off the road, disassembled since 1981 but a complete numbers match car, nicely optioned. Finally got it's first repaint in 54 years in the original Nassau Blue. NCRS archives shows it was a GM executive order car and spent it's whole life (mostly in pieces and garaged) right here in Southern California.

Now comes the fun part, putting it all back together!

Thanks keiser.

I will give reports as the work progresses. This one's a labor of love so I expect it to go together quickly. I completed the drive train and suspension before it went to the paint shop. Complete new interior and replated bumpers, etc. are all sitting in my garage, ready for installation.
