Guest
Im planning on restoring a 67 Wildcat convertible. Where can I order parts for this car. And possibly see original colors for exterior and interior. I appreciate any info. Thanks.
Guest
A good source for mechanical parts would be Kanter Auto Products
And for other parts:
Classic Buicks
------------------
The Classic Car Resource Page

BuickNut
You need to get a Hemmings Motor News subscription...that's the Bible to old car owners. It has a wealth of parts in the Buick, GM Parts, Mixed-Multi Makes parts sections. They're online..but get the magazine monthly...you'll get more out of it. No offense to the previous gentleman about Kanter's, but they're EXTREMLY expensive. Hemmings will give private vendors and individuals selling parts, as well as junkyards parting out your same car just for parts...just my opinion about Kanters. Good luck
Guest
Two great sources for parts for that Wildcat of yours is:
1] Cars Inc. They are in New Jersey and carry used, NOS and excellent reproduction parts; their number is (908) 369-3666.
2] Buick Specialist they're on the West coast. hey have lots of good used and new parts; their number is (253) 852-0584
You might want to also try GM Obsolete at (602)253-8081 and Pro Antique Auto Parts at (860) 623-8275
I own an original 1963 Wildcat 2 dr, black with white top and red interior with 53,000 original miles, runs great and has a great interior but need paint & rechroming.
Good Luck, Dennis
[This message has been edited by Dennis Decina (edited 03-01-2001).]
