I have all components removed but can not take off the knobs for the hand throttle and the light switch. They are the only things left and are hanging up progress. Anyone out there have a solution? JimKB1MCV Posted October 28, 2019 Share Posted October 28, 2019 You may have more response at the Packard Info site http://packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/newbb/index.php The 38-39 Service Manual has instructions for removing the '39 headlight switch, not sure if the '40 is the same.
