Big,early headlight lense soldered into brass rim,fits what?

The edge of the lense was trimmed in brass sheet and that was soldered to the rim. I think that would take some pretty careful molten lead work. And there is a small plate with 91 on it also soldered in. The rim is about 12" in diameter with about 10 3/8" of the lense  showing. The fluting is pretty dramatic,reminds me of the early Pierce's that didn't have headlights in the fenders. One knowledgeable fellow thought late teens Locomobile,a Loco guy said nope. Any help appreciated.
