Restorer32
I thought AACA was also. The Rauch & Lang Electric we showed would not qualify for the HCCA.

Terry Bond
Yes - if the car is exhibited at an AACA National Meet or participates in an AACA Tour, the President will present it to you personally. Terry
Restorer32
Hmmm...we just showed it at Hershey. 1918 Rauch & Lang Electric. We didn't attend the banquet if that matters.
Terry Bond
Should not need to attend the banquet, they are usually presented on the field. Contact AACA HQ to see what happened. Terry

Steve Moskowitz
The 100 year badge which is a beautiful cloisonne like (hard enamel) badge is given out by the President during the show. Frequently, he or she cannot find the owner as they are out looking at other cars. They stop by several times but if no one is there the badge is usually not left with the car. Restorer32
Well, in this case I was with the car all day but no problem. I phoned HQ and asked to have it sent with the trophy we will be receiving.
Paul Dobbin
Nice to hear a story that ends well. Congratulations. We had 13 cars @ 100 or more years old on this years Glidden Tour, which was 10% of the participants. I thought that was special! Makes me want a brass car again.
