FS: 1928 Chrysler Series 65 Sedan

Recommended Posts

A classic barn find, 1928 Chrysler 65 sedan. A Nevada car brought to California for restoration but too many other projects. Its nearly all there, never disassembled, an excellent project car or perhaps a parts car.  It has the  Silver Dome straight 6 engine with all the parts.

The body is clean minor surface rust.  A dent on the front right fender and back of the car next to the window.

There is corrosion on the body that you would expect from a car stored for this long.  You can see the condition in the photos attached. Was registered in California as historic vehicle.

Serial numbers.

The engine has a number on the side saying P207562

On the top of the engine it has "78381-2 Silver Dome"

The plate in the center of the dashboard says "LD819Y"

Asking for $1,000 USD or best offer As-is where-is. (you ship or pick up).  Not parting out.

Look forward to her having a new owner.

I will try the restart.

This has been happening off and on for quite awhile.

I have a friend who got into it a few years ago while trying to hook up a surveillance system and I think he must have done something. And I am hesitant to call him now.

Its something in my computer that wont let it send.

I have three email accounts and nine will send on a regular basis.

Sometimes if its only text but never if I try to send photos and most attachments wont send.

I want to gut this thing and install a whole new operating system.

To many fingers have been into this thing. Even the GEEK squad cant figure it out.

Fortunately I can attach to PMs, that works fine.
