Dave Henderson 271
These pictures date to the late '50's, taken at a sports car event.
gwells 242
Dave, I'm pretty certain this is a Pegaso, but can't locate a recent pic of this exact car. As far as I know, every Pegaso was custom-bodied. The rear of this car, with the continental kit, is pretty awful (IMO) and it is not unlikely that this part of the car might have been modified at a later date
hanski 48
It' s a Fiat 8V but who made those horrible fins I have no idea.
gwells 242
I defer to Hanski's superior ID. The 'eyebrows' over the front wheels and the hood enblems confirm it for me. Still can't locate an exact match for the car though.
Dave Henderson 271
Thanks, guys. The Fiat-like V emblem, combined with a grille treatment suggesting Pegaso, could perhaps just be summed up to "FIASCO"...! 1
nzcarnerd 1,003
The body is a Ghia Supersonic. They were used on a few other chassis as well. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghia_Supersonic
