KDS
I have a holly brothers carburetor that appears to be solid brass. The only number I can find appears to be stamped 621DL46 or possibly 146. Any help is greatly appreciated. I understand that the gentleman who’s estate I bought this from collected Locomobile’s, Packards and had a Ford model K. carbking
Holley Brothers (George and Earl), forerunner of Holley Carburetor, produced quite a few carburetors for many early cars, from about 1904. While I have a couple of sales brochures, I have yet to find a catalog of these units. The earliest Holley catalogs I have found begin in the 1930's. trimacar
In 1904 or so, the Holley brothers were advertising a car for sale, made by the Holley Motor Company. They also advertised various engines for sale, and were making carburetors under license from the French Longuemare company. The early Pierce Stanhopes, 1903/4, used Longemare carbs, I have one for the '03 6.5 HP Pierce engine in my collection.

KDS
So is it safe to say that this carburetor is from the mid teens and would have been on multiple cars?
carbking
I would guess earlier; but as to exact application, no guess. I have 128 different listing for Holley Bros prior to 1913. About 1913, the brochures starting referring to the "New Holley". Jon.

KDS
I don’t know how I got that original carburetor number as wrong as I did. The number seems to be 46210146. Thank you I don’t know how I got that number As incorrect as what I previously posted, the correct number seems to be 46210146 and it is all brass
