Don't know for certain that they would have them,  but the first place I would look would be Kanter Auto Products.

I have had great luck here, the shop knows old breaking systems.  Make sure you tell them exactly what your car is so you get the right brake lining material for your car.  Wrong coefficient of friction material will make stopping terrible.  The best thing about relining your brakes is  A. Yours are original equipment (much stronger than aftermarket shoes)  and B. they fit your drums couture all ready.  They do antiques cars from all over the world.
