JanZverina
Does anyone familiar with greater San Diego know of a reputable carburetor rebuilder in the area? I'm ordering a rebuild kit from Jon at the Carb Shop in Eldon MO but unfortunately they no longer do the rebuilds and just offer the kits. Thanks in advance,
RivNut
Did you contact the ROA's regional coordinator in San Diego?
Zimm63
If you want it done right, send it to Tom Telesco. Won't be cheap, but will look beautiful and operate properly when you get it back.
first64riv
I think there is a carb shop in Escondido. I know they have ads on Craigs from time to time. Just look for ads of a guy selling rebuilt carbs. Chris
carbking
There used to be a rebuilder called San Diego Carburetor. Have not seen their work, but they did buy quite a few rebuilding kits from us. Generally, the folks that buy our major overhaul kits are interesting in doing a good job. Jon. Thanks in advance, Jan,I’ve used Tom Telesco at Classic and Muscle in Norwalk CT. Tom is the best. Tom rebuilt my carb and the increased level of performance is significantly better. I found his fee for the rebuild to be an outstanding investment. Turbinator
