Probably either an International or a Kelly - Springfield. A google search should help to narrow it down.

Probably not Kelly, they all seem to have hood louvers. So International Harvester, circa 1920.

The sloped nose would be similar to early Mack trucks.

The smaller Mack's AB etc. have a conventional rad. Only the big AC family has the sloped hood.

Yes, I think the truck in the picture is more like a teens Kelly-Springfield than Mack of the same era.

I agree with Staver, I think it's an IHC truck, probably the model H. They have that distinctive front cross-member.
