I'm trying to find out the application and value for these emblems that I acquired with some other parts. Any help would be appreciated.

I was told that they are road wheel center cap emblems. I have 5 and 3 are in the original packaging. There are no markings anywhere and they each come with a double sided adhesive disc. They are 2.72" diameter, .178" thick. I have '65 road wheel caps and they seem a little small to fit those.

Thanks,

Jim

This is what I'm going to call an educated WAG. Those look to me like the inserts from some wire wheel covers.

Agreed. Sixth generation, perhaps.

some down town type would LOVE to hang these from a chain around his neck.  That is what they do with the porsche crests.  Rip them off of the noses of the cars and use them as jewelry    In fact the riviera R is so nicely styled it would make a good piece of jewelry!

Chips from a casino on the French Riviera?

The Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas has been torn down. I am currently sitting where it used to be building an addition to the Convention Center.
