1948 Kaiser Frazer special interior window garnish

What years were the door garnish /trim the same I have a 1948 Fraser special and looking for that peice for each of the four doors .

Both 1947 and 1948 used the same door garnish moldings. If your car is the standard model (F485), then it would be painted.

 

In 1947 and 1948 the lower trim level Frazer was known as the standard model. The lower trim level Kaiser was known as the Special.

probably not correct for my 48, but would probably fit and look very nice. Im guessing a rare item to find? is the car for sale?

He is 85 years old.. It may be for sale.. He has a parts car for it also.. with a good roof..  FYI..

 

It should not be hard to find in your kaiser roster.. Maybe 5 phone calls.. That is all I think is active in NE..
