I am just trying to help my mother get rid of it, so I really don't have the information you are asking about. We have been told that all the parts are with the car, it is very restorable, and that there is someone out there that would want it, so here I am. I really don't know why the stuff was off of it, it was that way when my dad purchased it. I'm sorry that I don't have any more info for you.
