Replace that worn out, broken or missing original vacuum distribution manifold on your firewall. This is the GM vacuum manifold that replaces the original celluloid plastic 10 port vacuum manifolds originally installed on our cars. Manifold has two mounting points molded into it. (Screws not included. Self-tapping screws recommended). Manifold received includes rubber caps for the large and small ports. Example photo below of the actual part is for illustrative purposes only. Actual part received will not include the GM box.
