I have a 1931 Model A Ford that has an American Antique 1st Place winners badge attached to the radiator. I bought the car without much information. Although the car is in perfect condition, I am not sure if it was an actual winner of that prestigious event and the person that owned it is no longer here on earth. Does American Antique of America keep or have a register that could confirm?

What is the year of the badge?

Newer badges also have badge serial numbers which can

definitely be traced to a specific car.

Otherwise, older badges have just the year of the

award, and since there are so many Ford Model A's,

it may more difficult to trace your specific car.

It might be best to contact AACA's national office,

preferably by phone, in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
