19tom40 Posted June 29, 2019 Share Posted June 29, 2019 You should remove the valves to remove and install a cam and you have to remove the heads to remove the valves. It may be possible to just remove the guide keepers and then remove the cam, but IMHO the extra care required to prevent damage to the cam bearings is much harder.
