Guest
You could try disel fuel. Just pour some into the cyl and let it stand for a few days.
then tap the top of the pistion with a wood block and a malet. Careful not to break the pistion. This should free the stuck rings which is probally why the pistion won't move.
[This message has been edited by 29CHEVY (edited 10-08-2000).]
Clincher
On more than one occasion, when all else has failed, KROIL has worked wonders for me. You can find it at http://www.kanolabs.com/
Guest
I used a mixture of oil and kerosene once to release a gripped piston. It worked very well in my 1951 Plymouth.
Good Luck.
Julio
