Cannot upload a small pdf file?

I posted a link to a pdf file, on v-twin engine design, patent.

Others say they click on the link, but it does not work for them. I don't know why. It works for me. I thought I would upload it as an attachment, but pdf files are not allowed as attachments.

 

Does my link here work? If so, any idea why others say it does not work for them?

Works for me in Firefox browser.  Others may not have a way to view pdf files.

Sadly the ability to attach pdf's was removed some time ago. 🙁

PDF's in old threads can still be viewed.

The link works for me.

The problem must be the browser used by the one(s) who said they could not open my link.
