Is this a 1920's Maxwell frame?

Recommended Posts

This frame was at my grandfathers farm in Montana, I remember him saying something about it being from a Maxwell car. I have all 4 wooden spoke wheels, they are in terrible condition)

Can anyone help me identify the frame, or know of someone who wants this frame?

I will get photographs later but it is, if not identical to, very similar to the frame of my 1917 Maxwell.

Maxwell changed from a 3/4 elliptical rear suspension to the semi or half elliptical suspension on your frame in 1918.  This also added 6 inches to the wheelbase.
