aussiecowboy
I need a new set of 40 thou over pistons for the engine in my 23 Flint. Egge don’t appear to make them, can anyone suggest a possible source. Thanks.
PFitz
Ross is all I use now. Excellent quality and stronger and lighter than sand cast pistons. https://www.rosspistons.com/contact/ Paul
Bush Mechanic
JP pistons, in SA. Their business is now called Nornda Automotive, P/L, Ph 08 8261 7222. They manufacture pistons, rings, etc for older vehicles to order. I believe that for some US cars, they make the parts exclusively for US suppliers, and won't sell them direct. Well worth a try. I believe they make pistons for Egge, as well. Edited June 11, 2019 by Bush Mechanic add info. (see edit history)
Bud Tierney
If you're still looking for NOS/NORS a 36 King catalog says your 6E shares piston assemblies with Cont'ls 6M, 8R and 2P...the 8R being a popular engine (in lots of makes)...
