Elpad 8,298 Posted December 21, 2020 Share Posted December 21, 2020 (edited) Looks like the picture was taken in front of the Maine Monument in Havana’s “Malecon” erected in the 20’s to commemorate the US sailors lost along with the ship that was involved in a controversial explosion.
