So far, this is the most absurd attempt to guess the price and ID on something the seller has zip knowledge about. Nearly $7K for a simple printers block. Gawd, you could buy a complete Model T for that! Case in point, The Henry Ford recently bought an Apple 1 computer, just an open printed circuit board, no case, old keyboard with no case, a 5" black and white TV and a small cassette tape deck, they paid right at one million dollars for it. Years ago, there was a guy had a Locomobile steam engine, he ran an ad in the paper, he wanted $100,000 dollars for it. I even have this one of a 1910 Reo, the ad it was used for and a picture of a real car. Actually, they are called "cuts" and are usually copper or zinc on a wooden block. The car companies sent out thousands of them with their ads in newspapers and magazines. With the demise of letterpress printing, they were no longer used and I've seen, literally, a 55-gallon drum full of them being discarded by an old print shop. My side hurts from this one - item number is 303011492794 and it's being advertised as an "Antique Concept Car" and is being described as a "High end, Investment Grade, Museum Quality" model. $2498.97 is the buy it now price and that's a bargain as it is 50% off of the original asking price.
