Anybody rebuild front shocks on these cars, not looking for company , someone who has done it , thanks

How similar are they to those on a DL 1932? Taylormade shows a blow by blow account in the story of Daphne.

They were the fronts, but rebuilding the rears is basically the same.  If yours are the same, it’s not a complicated process - after all, I figured it out.

And I followed it, so it was well documented and  somewhat easy to do. Or it was made to look easy! Unfortunately you will have to flick through the topic because the search engine is broken.

Shared thoughts : 

'34 DB , DR / DS   (  as well as Chrysler CA / CB , Plymouth  PE / PF  )

are one year only , side specific ( I.E.: mirror image items ) 

completely different configuration from rear shocks ( see above ) 

as such ,  difficult to source replacements parts 

large press required to disassemble / refurbish 

suggest :  either of the following source vendors 

Apple Hydraulics in N.Y.  OR   5 Star in Ca. 

Do it once , do it right the first time ....just saying .....
