Hello,

I am working on a 1939 Lincoln Zephyr for someone who has asked me to try and find an approximate value. Here are some details:

* 1939 Zephyr 4 door sedan.

* The V12 in the car has just been rebuilt.

* The car does not run due to wiring problems. A complete harness is needed.

* The frame is in good shape. However, the floor is soft/rusted through in the corners and seams.

* The exterior has recently been painted.

* Fuel tank repairs, including a new filler neck, are also needed before it will run.

* The interior seems to be all there, but, I am not a Zephyr expert.

Any help from the Zephyr experts would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Todd

Hi Todd, I looked up the value of a '39 4 dr for a friend of mine recently, and it came out in excess of 20K, you would have to deduct the cost of repairs, post your e-mail, and I will send you some interior pictures, exact wiring looms are available, rusted floors are a big expensive problem, the crazy gland nut on the '39 filler pipe is a hassle too, the condition of the V-12 engine is paramount to determining it's value, a '39 has been acquired recently by a contributor on this board, you might look back through the posts, and check with him, OC
