Jerzjer
Can anyone post a photo of the location and what the VIN looks like on the frame of a 1929 Chrysler 77? I just finished the brake job and need to take it to CA dmv and get the vin verified but still can't find it.
Spinneyhill
Has it been repainted? If so, it will be very difficult to see the number on the chassis (which is not, in the strict sense of the word, a VIN). They are usually lightly stamped. Sasha39
The badge on your dashboard is what is called a Fedco Vin number and would translate as 213520 your engine would be correct for a 1929 Chrysler 77 if it starts with a W.
