And there are no pictures of said garage.  C'mon man...

On 92stonyhollow.com  select view all photos and see both the detached 3 car garage and the 2 car garage on the side of the house.  Also there is a video tour of the residence.  If you want a more detailed view, set up a private showing to see it in person.

You may want to post a few photos here to entice buyers.  So little time too many distractions on the net to chase down links that half the time never seem to work.  Good luck in your sale.

Wow, $850,000 for a nondescript small house

that would be one-fifth the price in much of Pennsylvania.

For Long Islanders, maybe that's a good price!

Mr. Agent, at least you're creative in marketing the house

here to car fans.  However, please be forthright:  The listing says

it's 5000 square feet, but normally, square footage doesn't

count the basement or garage.  Counting the finished

undivided attic, It looks like a 2400 square-foot 2-bedroom house to me.

I have a six car garage and a carport here in Sebring, FL and I'll take a heck of a lot less than $850K for it so I can go back to Virginia....land of pleasant living.......once the Governor and Lt. Gov are both replaced 🙂.  My house here in the middle of nowhere (Sebring) is 2029 sq ft.  Lots of weekend entertainment here.....all kinds of shows that feature modifieds for the most part.  It's warm here year round.  How does $225-250K sound with only $1100 taxes?

😀

Actually, I can't seem to find any garage photos on your website, even when I select "view all photos". Of course, it does not really matter to me.

Location, Location, Location...

I can enjoy my old cars year round in NC and that house would be about one third the price here too.

If you want to market to a potential car hobbyist, you should fix your website to actually show the garage photos.

There appears to be a 2-car garage attached to

the house (under the side porch), and a detached

3-car garage off to the left.  The garages are likely

just typical unfinished spaces, not especially photogenic.

It makes me shudder to think that a house like this

would cost $850,000--or anything like that amount--

when in small towns throughout the country the cost

would be $175,000 or less.

John_S, you'd REALLY be shuddering in the SF Bay Area...  :-(

That sounds great. Got some pics? How much land are you talking about?

That is a little over a third of an acre.

Jim

Actually I think it is 75x185.  Can't grow much of a garden you're right about that, but cheap to get the grass cut by somebody else. 😀

Man, it's the garages and size of the house that counts to an old car guy like me.
