harvest Posted January 17, 2019 Share Posted January 17, 2019 (edited) came across this in my storage box today. im thinking they may have been for a car? they have some sort of clamp system on each. possibly hang off spare tire? they are made of aluminum. I couldn't find no name or casting numbers. appreciate your knowledge that can be shared. JACK M Posted January 18, 2019 Share Posted January 18, 2019 (edited) I sold that exact system at my boat dealership as recent as twenty years ago. There was more than one fitting available for that hole on the top but usually they were for a tube that could hold a car top boat. The tubes had clamps that would hold the boat down at the gunwales. I suspect that there is still similar systems on the market these days but would probably be plastic.
