Why, does it leak or just squeak ?

You can buy packing material for behind the nut, and if needs be you can buy the nut.

God forbid you need a new shaft, but any decent machine shop can make one.

 

OR you can send it to the "Flying Dutchman" in Oregon and get it rebuilt (better than new).

That looks like a DA water pump. You should be able to take it apart and put a new bushing in it and repack the seal. BTW, it should not have a grease fitting, it came with an oil fitting from factory. It looks similar and is available from McMaster-Carr.
