stakeside
This my attempt to restore the Dodge Bros “E” series 3/4 ton truck. I was able to reproduce a wood stake bed from photos. I have the optional 20” 6 spoke rims and the heavy duty rear springs. Truck was built at the Stockton CA plant and I believe this is how it would have been delivered to French Motors in San Francisco.

DB26
Beautiful. Would love to see a close up of the caution sign on the dash.
Guest
Very very nice job. I would have put the stake side nuts on the outside as they were in the beginning (so merchandise did not get snagged). Almost everybody puts them carriage head out but that is not the way they were built. Edited December 19, 2018 by Guest (see edit history)
30DodgePanel
Love it !!! Kudos to you Sherman on a job well done. We're all extremely excited for you. 🤝 Any luck on the wiper vacuum motor and air filter? Let us know if you need those parts, maybe one of us has them... stakeside
I was able to reproduce both dash plate and and toe plate. It took much time and patience. The dash and toe plate were made from an image on e-bay and a lot of time in Photoshop. The toe plate is a copy of my original one.

nearchoclatetown
Most trucks of that period were abused and thrown away. You should be proud of this one. DO you have any history or old pictures?
