Joe in Canada Posted November 29, 2018 Share Posted November 29, 2018 It can not be a bumper clamp as it should be contoured for a double or single bar bumper on the back side. Also its backing should be a strong forging to accept a bolt to be held in place on the bumper. Who knows it may be the cover for the drain hole on an ice box.
