Can I add PDF file to the post?

The webmaster has chosen not to allow pdf attachments. You can post them on another server and then post a link to where you have the pdf hosted. I have found that Google Drive is an easy free way to do that.

I guess there is no way to put pictures inline either because pictures are always at the end of the message.

Yes, you can put pictures inline with your text. First, select the location where you want the photo to appear in your text. Then click on the black ball with the plus sign as shown in the example below. 
 

 

If the photo you put inline with your text is too large you can easily change the size of the photo. To do that, double click on the photo you inserted and a box will pop up that will allow you to change the size.

 

You can also click the trash can icon to delete a photo that you no longer need from your post.
