pwlovely
I acquired a 47 Lincoln Coup Convertible. The trunk lock is missing, the inside mechanism that turns/latches to something, I assume, that is attached to the trunk floor. Can someone send me a picture(s) so I will know what is missing and parts needed to restore. Thanks for your assistance
m-mman
If you have not yet done so join these folks. Lots of good information https://www.lzoc.org/ I dont have a picture, but it should be clarified that you are asking about a Lincoln 12 ( postwar Zephyr) and not a Continental . . . pwlovely
I did join LZOC but am led to this Forum site from the LZOC site. The 1947 Lincoln is not a continental but a coup convertible. The truck does look like that of a Zephyr though I do not have a Zephyr to look at. I have sent email to various folks that advertise parts for sale. Edited November 21, 2018 by pwlovely addition (see edit history)
m-mman
Excellent! I have a 41 Continental so I cant help with a picture, but The LZOC folks are great especially the parts suppliers. They have been around a long time and are good sound sources.
