You sure, J D?  The far right looks more like a Merc to me. I don't recall a Buick with "hooded" headlights.

At first glance I thought the same as you Ben.  But those look like the tail lights.  Note the center emblem on the trunk and the lack of a grill.

Nice '56 Riviera, behind the Olds 88 Holiday, and the red Alfa-Romeo at the curb is just like one I used to race, behind a cool '54 Merc (mine was a black '54 convertible I drove thru the summer of '61 while playing trumpet with a band at a resort hotel in the Catskills)-

Great memories of Nathan's on Surf Ave at Stillwell Ave in Brooklyn-

Stopped there prior to Hershey, 2019 - slightly out of the way from New Orleans, but worth the visit, and followed by a short stroll on the Boardwalk -

Grandparents and Dad's sister used to take me to Brighton Baths back during, and following WWII years, into the 1950s

I WAS going to call a "2-Fer", seeing the back of the '57 Roadmaster and the drooping front-end on the '50 sedan,

but have to wonder if the Inter-City bus is powered by a Buick 320 ci?

I see a topless Roadmaster that need to be on the road. Doug, what are your plans with that beauty?

Well, the hope (have learned 'plans' are something based on reality...) is to assemble the front end sheet metal, fire her up then sort her out one day. Has been abused but has solid bones.

BTW the car in front is a '57 Super 4 dr hardtop my friend owns.

Cool 58 Packardbaker!

They say Beauty (Packardbaker) is in the eye of the beholder-

They also say:

Beauty is only Skin-Deep-

but Ugly goes straight to the Bone !

I recall some very beautiful Studebakers, as well as magnificent stylish Packards.

This is, in my opinion, not one of those.
